1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by hpwinn, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific game rules updated from time to time.

These terms and conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and hpwinn as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to cease using the hpwinn platform immediately.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the hpwinn platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration. hpwinn is committed to protecting minors and does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to use this platform under any circumstances.
• Be an individual registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of another person or any business entity.

• Not be classified as a player who has submitted a self-exclusion application on any platform or responsible gambling programme.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious breach of hpwinn's terms and conditions and may result in all related accounts being terminated, including any funds and bonuses held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. hpwinn reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents including the national identity card (MyKad) for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before processing any withdrawal.

3 Account Security and Personal Information

You are fully responsible for the security of your hpwinn account. This includes:

• Keeping your username, password, and any verification codes received via your mobile phone or email confidential.
• Not sharing your account login credentials with any other party, including family members or friends.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the hpwinn platform is protected with a password or appropriate biometric authentication method.
• Notifying hpwinn customer support immediately if you suspect that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.

hpwinn will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account as a result of the user's own negligence in safeguarding login credentials. Any transaction carried out through your account, whether by you or by another party who gains access through your negligence, will be considered valid and binding.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

hpwinn accepts deposits via approved payment methods. The table below summarises the deposit information currently in effect:

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties, including bank accounts or e-wallets not belonging to the user, are not accepted and may result in the funds being held pending investigation. hpwinn reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any deposit it deems necessary.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from an hpwinn account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is received and approved by the hpwinn finance team.
• Users must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method that has been registered and verified in the user's name.
• Any wagering requirements linked to an active bonus must be fully completed before the related bonus balance or winnings may be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

hpwinn offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus): A bonus of 200% on the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal is permitted on winnings related to that bonus.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus received RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 25 = RM5,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus received RM888 → Account balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 25 = RM22,200

Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only. Registering multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and may result in all accounts involved being terminated without refund.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the hpwinn platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, and fishing games, are subject to individual rules accessible through the game interface itself.

hpwinn uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in all slot games and digital casino games. All game providers on the hpwinn platform are licensed and their licences are valid under the relevant international regulatory bodies.

For sports betting and mix parlay, all confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled. The match results adopted are based on official results declared by the relevant sports governing body.

• hpwinn reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unusual circumstances affecting the integrity of the game.
• Stake amounts for cancelled matches (not postponed) will be returned to the user's account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

8 VIP Programme

hpwinn offers a three-tier VIP programme to reward user loyalty on the platform. VIP tier upgrades are based on user activity levels and hpwinn's discretion:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is calculated based on wagering activity within the stipulated period and credited to the user's account according to the set schedule. hpwinn reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms with reasonable notice. All decisions regarding VIP eligibility and benefit calculations are final.

9 User Responsibilities

By using the hpwinn platform, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities:

• Not to use any automation software, bots, or scripts designed to exploit or manipulate the hpwinn game system.
• Not involved in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal financial activities.
• Not entering into any coordination agreements or match fixing with other users for the purpose of obtaining unlawful gains.
• Not abusing bonuses or promotions in ways that go against the intent and purpose of those promotions.
• Providing accurate and valid information during the registration and identity verification process.
• Ensuring that the funds used for gambling are personal money obtained through lawful means.

Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the hpwinn platform complies with the laws and regulations in the area where they reside. hpwinn is not responsible for any legal action that may be taken against users as a result of using this service.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

hpwinn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any of the terms and conditions stated in this document.
• hpwinn suspects the occurrence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user provides false or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• The user is found to be using multiple accounts to exploit the promotions system.
• The user's own request to close the account or carry out self-exclusion.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, hpwinn reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our 24/7 customer support via live chat or email.

11 Limitation of Liability

hpwinn is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Technical disruptions or unplanned platform downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties including banks or e-wallet operators.
• Losses in games that are a natural outcome of gambling activity and not the result of platform error.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The hpwinn platform is provided "as is" and hpwinn makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times.

12 Amendment of Terms

hpwinn reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the website or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the hpwinn platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes the user's acceptance of the amended terms.

Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current terms and conditions in effect. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact our customer support to close your account.
